Wont let you register! Tried numerous times and doesnt work.. Just bring your card into the store. Hopefully they update the app.. Or Im going to Pinkberry... Just kidding.. No really.. Fix this thing.

I put in all the required information only to be told that it cant be completed. This has been going on for several days. How am I supposed to reap the benefits of buying yogurt & using the app when I cant register my flippin card? So annoyed!

It gives me an error every time I submit the required information

Just like everyone else, it doesnt let me register a card. I get to the very end of filling out information and it just keeps coming up "error"

I love the ice cream but not the app. Every tine they scan the purchase from my app it dont show on the app the transaction and then i have to do it manually, so i decided to let them swipe the card instead of the app

I registered online via website and could not sign in to the app.

Giving 2 stars for great UI on home screen. But terrible card registration process. Please fix Paytronix Error 1 or add a user friendly validation failure message. Multiple alerts saying card registered when it is not using forgot password feature. QA needs to revalidate all test cases before releasing such broken builds in production :(

Same as the last version! Looks like it will open and then crashes. Booooooo! ----prior reviews---- New version of app insta-crashes. // Its been literally months since the new version broke this app and it hasnt been fixed!! At least give us the old version back.

So bummed, I love yogurtland and I only eat the NSA flavored and Ill drive anywhere to get them (200 calories for 8 oz!!! Yippee!!!) but this feature doesnt work. Please fix this

After what it seems like a billion password resets I still cant log into the mobile app.

I love Yogurtland, but this app is really buggy. It doesnt let me log in to my Real Rewards account, which is why I got the app. It definitely needs some major fixes before it can be a working app.

Like everyone else, Im not able to log in. Pretty ridiculous. The app is useless if you cant log in.

A bit buggy and wished the locate-a-flavor function worked. One store out of 4 had scanning machine down. Not a bad app

The app is great when it works which is less than 1% of the time. I can be in the parking lot of a Yogurtland and the map cannot find any nearby locations. Yogurtlands software development team should be ashamed to have let this out the door. Awful QA and an awful user experience. Complete garbage. If I ran an IT shop like this I would have been fired long ago. Someone at Yogurtland needs a serious talking to. I have updated this app through 4 or 5 versions and it continues to disappoint. Unreliable and full of defects. Time to raise your game Yogurtland. Build some good APIs.

Locations near you works, but not flavor finder. Flavor finder works on the actual website though, so Ill just use that from now on.
